Bulk Discounts
Hello! We love working with travel agents, tour operators, travel guides, language professionals and other vendors looking to provide first class treatment to their customers. If you would like to place an order, please email hello@travelflips.com with your order details, including your shipping address. We will send you an invoice based on your choices with payment information.
Trade clients will receive the following discount off the MSRP based on ordered quantity, plus the cost of shipping:

We will cover 50% of the shipping costs for any domestic orders over $400. We ship via UPS.
Opening Orders: There is a minimum order amount of $150 for opening orders. Initial orders for new accounts must be paid for before items are shipped out.
Re-Orders: No minimum order is required for re-orders. If you are one of our returning vendors and wish to pay within 30 days of your order, let us know and we will update your invoice. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee for every 30 days past due.
Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal, check, credit cards, wire transfer.
Delivery & Shipping: We usually ship orders within 1 or 2 business days after we receive an order. Time can vary depending on order size.
Returns & Refunds: Merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Travelflips at hello@travelflips.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. Please note, our Travelflips Deluxe set includes a handmade leather pouch, that may come with minor natural marks. The marks, scrapes and scars are all natural and are all part of the unique look that each of our leather pouches express. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
Dropshipping
- Discount for eligible dropshipping accounts: 30%
- Shipping and handling fee - UPS Ground - $10.95
Customization
Orders over 500 units are eligible for customization. Customization setup fee is $200 (US dollars). Please allow additional 6-8 weeks for customized orders. The diagrams below show what areas of the products can be customized. Your custom design may include your logo, text, contact information or even a barcode.
